These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ogam AI ("the Platform"), operated by Fort Clever Software Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose them to any third party. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows of your account credentials, you must promptly notify us at support@ogam.ai.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
User Responsibilities
Uploading Content
You are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded to the Platform complies with applicable copyright laws. By uploading content, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the content you provide.
Payment Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your account or access to the Platform.
not use the Platform in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the Platform or the software;
not infringe our intellectual property right, copyright, database right or trademark right or the intellectual property right of any third party in relation to the Platform or the software;
not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to the Platform or the software including but not limited to anything defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
not transmit any sexually explicit material or any material that promotes violence, or discrimination of any kind;
not transmit anything that is threatening, abusive or invades another’s privacy, or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
not impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any other person;
not use the Platform or the software in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users;
not collect or harvest any information or data from the Platform, software or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform;
not interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt to access data not intended for you;
not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Platform or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Platform;
not rent, lease, sub-license, loan, provide, or otherwise make available, the Platform or the software in any form, in whole or in part to any person without prior written consent from us.
When using our Services, you may provide information in various formats (referred to as “Incoming information”). Our Services may generate responses based on this Incoming information (referred to as “Outgoing information”). Collectively, Incoming information and Outgoing information are referred to as “Content”.
You are responsible for all Incoming information you submit to our Services. It is your duty to ensure that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for us to process this Incoming information in accordance with our Terms and to provide our Services. This includes integrating with third-party services and sharing Outgoing information with others as you direct. You must also ensure that your Incoming information and how you share it comply with our Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. To the extent permitted by law, you retain any rights, title, and interest you hold in your Incoming information. Subject to your compliance with our Terms, we assign to you all our rights, title, and interest (if any) in the Outgoing information. Reliance on Content Artificial intelligence and large language models are evolving technologies, and their accuracy, reliability, and safety continue to improve. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that: Our Use of Content We may use Content to provide, maintain, and enhance our Services, as well as to develop new products and services. However, we do not train our models on non-public information except in the following cases: Limitations Different service plans, including paid subscriptions, may have technical restrictions such as limits on the number of Incoming information you can submit or Outgoing information you can receive within a given time frame (“Technical Limitations”).

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Platform or its contents and disclaims all such representations. In addition, Ogam AI makes no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purposes of the information and related content uploaded to the platform. The information contained on the platform may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Ogam AI howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded.
Neither Ogam AI nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or the violation of these Terms of Use. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, none of the exclusions and limitations in this section are intended to limit the rights you may have as a consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activities. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.
You can stop using our services and end your relationship with Ogam AI at any time by simply closing your account and stopping your use of our services. Instructions how to do this are available here.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or best practices or to deal with additional features we may introduce. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform, and your continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
